We are in Germany! I am super jet-lagged so I won't write much, but things are pretty good. On a German computer keyboard, the y's are in a weird place, so it is hard to tzpe. We havent really done much except a stretch row this afternoon, but it went well, and all our equipment seems to be in order, unlike last year. So far we have experience basicallz nothing which is very different from America, so it doesnt really feel like a different country. I hope we get to experience some culture. On what little of Germany I have seen, I am struck by the influence of the berlin wall on the area. We passed through checkpoint A on the way here, which was kinda cool. good things.
